MEVE is the move.
SYNTHESIS is how the move actually happens: not a plan on a page, but a running system with an owner.
Eerikki Mäkinen
Chief Executive Officer, Meve Synthesis
Eerikki founded Meve Synthesis after more than ten years in senior executive roles across the industrial sector, most recently as EVP Products & Operations, CTO and COO at Nilfisk, and before that in CTO and multiple SVP and business unit leadership roles at Konecranes. Before stepping into senior executive roles, he has worked in world leading companies such as SKF and Valmet / Metso Paper.
Eerikki holds comprehensive experience of several integrations, including leading a post-acquisition integration, being part of a divestment and planning a merger of equals. He values working with diverse teams and meeting everyone at eye-level from factory floor to company boards. Eerikki has lived in Singapore, France and Denmark.
Eerikki’s work has centered on end-to-end value chain leadership, strategy deployment, product development and M&A integration — always from inside the organization, carrying the outcome through, not just advising on it from outside.
Laura Hult-Mäkinen
Head of Investment and Marketing
At Meve Synthesis, Laura brings in over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing. Having worked over a decade in global roles in a stock exchange listed company, she holds extensive knowledge of change communications during company integration projects (acquisitions, merger of equals) and building company brands.
Laura has held managerial and senior-level positions in BA-, BU- and corporate-level communications & marketing and is very experienced in supporting BA and BU leadership teams during challenging change processes. She has a strong track record in developing BA and function-level internal communications.
